So how did Billboard's predictions - and our readers' votes - stack up against the actual Grammy Awards 2010 nominees?
Aside from a bombardment from Tokio Hotel fans -- who delivered nearly 40,000 votes in each of the three major categories for a band and a record that were not eligible for the 2010 Grammys -- the gap between our picks, your votes and the actual nominations isn't very large at all.

RECORD OF THE YEAR
Readers' Poll Results:
Lady Gaga - "Poker Face" (4738 votes)
Kings of Leon - "Use Somebody" (840 votes)
Taylor Swift - "You Belong With Me" (748 votes)
Jonas Brothers - "Paranoid" (602 votes)
Jay-Z feat. Rihanna and Kanye West - "Run This Town" (516 votes)
(Tokio Hotel - "Automatic" got 35,725 votes but was released in September and is not eligible until 2011)
Our readers were rewarded in this category, with the top three choices voted upon making the final cut. But while the Jonas Brothers may have made the top of our poll, they were shut out entirely for this year's awards. Meanwhile, Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye West may not be up for record of the year, but fan favorite "Run This Town" is in contention for best rap/sung collaboration.
ALBUM OF THE YEAR
Readers' Poll Results:
Lady Gaga - "The Fame" (4955 votes)
Green Day - "21st Century Breakdown" (1584 votes)

Taylor Swift - "Fearless" (1110 votes)
Susan Boyle - "I Dreamed A Dream" (875 votes, but not eligible until 2011)
Whitney Houston - "I Look To You" (865 votes)
Jonas Brothers - "Lines, Vines, and Trying Times" (787 votes)
(Tokio Hotel - "Humanoid" (41,004 votes, but was released in October and is not eligible until 2011)
Billboard.com did slightly worse in the album of the year, going only 2-for-5 by picking Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift for this category. But a bizarre contender on the poll was the German goth rock band Cinema Bizarre who did not register anywhere in this year's nominations. More surprisingly are the complete shut-outs of both Whitney Houston and the Jonas Brothers for any and all categories.
