Dresden (DPA) – The singer of the band Tokio Hotel, Bill Kaulitz and his brother Tom can rejoice at € 15,000 more in their pockets. E ‘ended Thursday before the high court of Dresden a case against the newspaper “Leipziger Volkszeitung” for the publication of a photo in a special supplement. In supplement of June 2008, in reference to a rapid rise of the band of Magdeburg, was publicized in an article next to the photos at a music school.
Bill was then asked for damages of € 15,000 for the violation of his rights. The court in Leipzig court rejected the request.

lasted one hour and 20 minutes.

Bill will have to pay 1/4 the cost of the process, the rest will pay the newspaper.
