Nokia Contest Questions

Hi everybody, with this note we try to answer the questions that you've asked us from Nokia Homebase on Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace.

Question 1

What information do I have to fill in the form on this Nokia Web site?
Fill in your first name and last name. Then paste your e-mail address and your mobile phone number. Enter your birthday (day, month and year - DD.MM.YYYY, for example 01.09.1989 :-) and your country. And check if everything is correct - if you win, you will have to prove you identity with your ID card.
The second part of the form ask you to name a "Begleitung" - a word with a double meaning. If you are 16 years old or older, you can apply for two tickets: One for you and one for a friend (who was to be at least 16 years, too).
If you are not 16 years old yet on August 27th, you can only name and fill in a chaperon for the second ticket - a grown-up or parent for example. If you fill in your parents name, your father or mother has to join the concert, too. As well, it is possible to fill in another grown-up - meaning a friend who is at least 18 years old on August 27th and who has to join the concert, too; in addition, your parents have to fill out this form (PDF) so that your friend assumes their parental supervision. This is obligatory, your MUST HAVE if you are younger than 16 years and win the tickets (print it, don't forget it)!
An be sure that you fill in the correct first and last name of your "Begleitung"; he or she will have to show an ID card as well.
Next, click the check box - but read the eligibility requirements first!
The text below explains again to everyone who is younger than 16 years that they have to fill in the form provided by the City of Cologne; another link connects you with their Web site.
Enter the captcha code then, press "Anmelden" which means "apply" and keep your finger crossed.

Question 2

How many times can I participate?
Since you have to enter your real personal information, we can check how many times you have filled in the form. If you try it twice or a million times: one Tokio Hotel fan = one chance to win. That's fair, isn't it?
(Btw: we filter out all automatically generated entries)

Question 3
If I win, how do I prove my identitiy?
The eligibility requirements explain that you (and your friend/chaperon) ca
n only join the concert if you fulfil the condition to present the following documents at the entrance / security check:

a. valid ID Card (Identity Card, Passport or Child's Travel Document)

b. printed Tokio Hotel HUMANOID e-mail ticket

c. printed, filled, and signed PDF provided by the City of Cologne for parental supervision - for winners younger than 16 years who are not accompanied by one of their parents (this PDF will be sent to you if you win, and is available at this address (PDF).

Question 4

Which countries can join / can you change the eligibility requirements so that XX can join?
You can only apply for the tickets if you reside in the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and UK) or Switzerland. Since the application has already started, it is not possible to change the requirements.

Question 5

We need three tickets! It's my birthday! I luv them and have to have these tickets! ...
We can not favor or privilege any of you, so keep your fingers crossed. We'll keep you updated and don't forget: The application ends on August 17th. Stay tuned, your Nokia Homebase
Btw: We know that there are still some open questions; we'll post another update soon.
