'Spectacular' 'Wonderful', 'The best day of my life. It was so emotional that the hundred or so fans of Tokio Hotel rated the Optimus Secret Show that led to Luxembourg to attend the preview tour of the German band, which starts at day 22 in the country. For about half an hour, they watched an exclusive concert and had the chance be the first to see the production of the show to present the new album 'Humanoid', which frontman Bill Kaulitz said after the press to be the largest ever for the band. The stage appears to us dominated by a giant ball from where lights before opening the show and drummer Gustav Schäfer and the usual exuberant lead singer of the band's style rockabilly, with stern and strong gel, delivering smiles to the girls who raved around the stage.
Especially for them - were the only two guys between the fans - the excitement weakened legs, but the screams of hysteria that arose in growing throughout the day and now had the same sense. "I think I'm dreaming," was heard, hands covering her mouth and watery eyes. The emotions were on the edge.
There were the front row for everyone except for the fan (MEE -fergz xD) who decided to run constantly from one place to another from the stage with the flag of Portugal and a pair of antennas by way of a bandolette, capturing the attention of the band members, and specially Bill that seemed to be hypnotized (he waaaaas!) something with attitude. (I had to represent us *.*)
Catarina explained later that this was her strategy to be noticed, being visibly pleased with the result: "He followed me always!". (It's true x.x)
Above the stage, the band opened the concert with "Noise", next to "Pain of Love 'with fans shouting" Ich liebe dich' between the two issues, especially for the twins Bill and Tom - the stars. Letters at the tip of the tongue and adrenaline high, the singer was interacting with sympathy. This was followed on the acoustic version of the German 'Humanoid' and 'Phantomrider'. The concert ended with "In Your Shadow (I Can Shine)". In this intimate concert not allowed photographs or video recordings in order not to break the still secret scene of the show, which is marked with the great anticipation by fifty fans who camped outside the Rock Hall for a week to ensure a place front at the concert - and that they felt very satisfied with the Portuguese fans inside, which turned out to hear expressions like: 'Fuck Portugal! "' We hate you!" "Go home!".
To avoid further tensions, to enter the enclosure was made quickly.
All they wanted was to be in there, of course.
All they wanted was to be in there, of course.
(This is true but it's relevant to say that not all Lux. Fans were like that! Actually when we got out of the bus, some even claped hands at us, and I had the chance to meet my old friend Ioli from Greece ;)
After the concert, one of the highlights was yet to happen. One hundred Portuguese fans were treated to a meet & greet (we didnt have to the chance take pics so it was only autographs session) with autograph session and some people could not hold so many emotions opening in tears.
"He touched my hand," said one, others came with boots, hands, arms and even breasts autographed. There was also some who had love letters and devotion that they wrote on the plane. The experience, certainly unique, reached here its climax.
(I didnt gave them a love letter but a picture of us back in 2008, a picture of me and Bill for him and of course Tokio Hotel Europe stickers which Bill was very interested in hearing what I had about our site xD )
The day had been long for these fans. The meeting in Lisbon Airport just begun at 10 am, many of whom have bad nights for a week ago. (because we slept for a week in front of Optimus store to get the tickets)
During the wait and the journey, the nervousness was turned into hysteria in many cases, while the tennis were replaced by boots with studs and chains, the eyes were painted and many miniskirts mysteriously appeared even shorter, and also bright napa pants from bags that contained a survival kit for the journey of these teenagers.
On returning to Lisbon, since dawn, the dream had been real.
Im sorry with all my adds but, I needed to clarify some statements :P
